Pizzato was established in the year 1984 at Marostica (VI) – Italy and is now one of the most important European companies manufacturing position switches, safety switches, foot switches, microswitches and safety modules. They joined forces in the year 2000 with Norstat Inc established in 1962, in order to introduce their automation and safety program throughout the North American Market.  Two dynamic companies focused on developing the safety and automation market worldwide. Since its beginning Pizzato, has experienced constant growth, achieving a leading position in both the Italian and European markets. With the partnership with Norstat the products are now available and supported in North America out of Norstat’s, Rockaway, NJ office and warehouse.  Since all products are designed and manufactured inhouse, the Pizzato is able to satisfy the specific requirements of customers, offering a range of 6000 standard articles and more of 1000 special items. Pizzato’s production consists of 4 plants with a covered production area of more than 8000 m2, employing more than 120 people. The company has many national and European patents and focuses on maintaining high quality standards for its products. The products meet and exceed many of the world wide standards and are quality certified by the marks IMQ, UL, CSA, and TUV.
